Although it is unclear why the singer underwent hip surgery, the 42-year-old posted a mysterious selfie in black shorts and a black cape looking happy and healthy and captioned the photo with words uplifting her recovery.
The singer captioned the photo, “This is what it’s like to sleep nine hours and cuddle my baby for seven days after hip surgery.” Then Pink thanked her doctor and the staff at Steadman ClinicD., an orthopedic care center in Colorado, before thanking her husband, professional biker Carey Hart, for not only helping her connect her with the “world’s greatest doctors,” but also for his love and support during her recovery.

Hart has had quite a few surgeries of his own due to his precarious profession, and Pink was publicly grateful for how much she helped his recovery process after she did the same to him multiple times.
“He brought me coffee in the bathroom, pulled about 100 pounds of my CPM blockers everywhere I went, dried my tears, cooked me oatmeal, tracked my medication, got my phone charger, plugged it into my stress machines, and took my temperature. She made the bed, and she spoke to me off the edge,” she added in the caption.

The three Grammy Award winner admitted that although the start was very difficult, and she had to figure out how to live her life using crutches for six weeks, she seems to have a positive view of the situation.
“Life always reminds you that most setbacks are really just pauses and opportunities to recalibrate and count the blessings you get,” she wrote in the caption.
